Maramboi Tented Camp
Maramboi Tented Camp is ideally placed to explore the ecosystems of both Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. Sited on the endless rolling golden grasslands and palm-fringed desert that lies between Tarangire and Lake Manyara, the camp offers the splendor of the Great Rift Valley, stunning views over Lake Manyara.Maramboi Tented Camp is situated on a 25,000 hectare Maasai communal ranch. During the wet season the ‘pans’ (shallow depressions) of this area fill with water, which attracts huge flocks of flamingoes and other water birds. The camp offers just 20 spacious tents, all surrounded by timber decks, while activities include guided walks, ornithology and cultural interaction with the Datoga and Maasai people, whose communities lie adjacent to the camp. The camp also offers its own swimming pool.
Tarangire Sopa Lodge
On the eastern side of the Tarangire River stands Tarangire Sopa Lodge. The lodge is located in the Tarangire National Park and is one of Tanzania’s most easily accessible conservation areas. Getting there is pleasant enough with plentiful game to be viewed on the way. 75 suites offer you accommodation and have wall-to-wall carpeting, a private lounge with a mini bar, a bedroom with two queen size beds Sopa Lodge and ample room for a third. Swala Tented Camp
Swala camp is located within Tarangire National Park borders. The park is an easy 115 kms from Arusha on an excellent roads and the camp itself is another 67 kms into the park. Tarangire is noted for its elephant population and spectacular baobabs of every shape and color. Nestled in a remote pocket of the Park, Swala is situated in a copse of majestic acacia trees at the edge of the Gurusi wetlands and the unfurling savannah beyond. This section of the park is exceptionally private, with no other camps around.
The stands of ancient baobab trees, large family herds of elephants, prolific bird life and dry season concentrations of wildlife make Tarangire the classic Africa of lore – feted by explorers, immortalized in documentaries and sought after by the discerning traveler. Tarangire Oliver’s Camp
Oliver’s Camp is situated in the remote South-East section of the Tarangire National Park, right in the park’s unspoilt wilderness zone. In fact, the camp is ideally located to see large concentrations of elephants, cats and other animals around the stunning Silale swamps and in the trademark Baobab country of Tarangire National Park.

Tarangire Safari Lodge
Tarangire Safari Lodge is situated on a panoramic bluff in Tarangire National Park, with one of Tanzania’s most spectacular views, encompassing acacias and baobabs, plentiful wildlife and the Tarangire river. Game drives within Tarangire National Park are a year-round wildlife spectacle! The river flows through the park and is a magnet for wildlife, especially large populations of elephant. The park also contains varied and contrasting landscapes and unrivalled birdlife. At the heart of the lodge are the impressively high thatched roofs of the lounge and dining area. The open design allows for an uninterrupted landscape view and captures the cooling breeze.

Tarangire River Camp
Tarangire River Camp is set within 25,000 hectares of concession area, included on the land is a branch of the Tarangire River itself, which the camp overlooks. The property is in a great location for game viewing since it is only 3.5km from the main entrance to Tarangire National Park. Traditional grass thatching adorns the roof of the main lodge structure, which is set off the ground on an elevated deck. The breezy lounge boasts ample seating in a relaxing open-air environment. The dining area, where culturally inspiring meals are served, consists of simple safari style seating and the elevated position allows for excellent views over the riverbank below. Both the dining and lounge areas are married into a proper bon-fire area and game viewing deck that also overlook the same stunning views. A smaller, secondary game viewing deck rises above the ceiling and offers a high, intimate perch above it all.
